What is an online listening session?
Time that is all about you
An online listening session is a private, one-to-one conversation where the listener's only job is to listen. You talk about whatever is on your mind, at your own pace, without judgement, advice or diagnosis. It is not counselling or therapy.
Who’s It For?
Every session is built on empathic listening: full attention, gentle reflection of what you say, and no agenda of my own. People book when they need someone to talk to, when they want to vent to someone outside their friends and family, or simply because they are feeling lonely and miss a real conversation.

Who is it for?
For anyone who wants to be heard

Expats and digital nomads
When work or a partner is no longer there, days can feel long and quiet. Loneliness in later life is common and nothing to be embarrassed about.
Anyone who feels unheard
You can feel lonely in a busy house, a relationship or a full office. If you simply want to be listened to, you are welcome here.
